Wildfire risk assessments in Utah

One site visit. One written, photo-documented report. A prioritized plan with real costs — whether or not you hire us for the work.

WHAT WE INSPECT

Structure first. Then every zone.

  • The structure: vents, roof and gutters, decks, siding transitions, fencing connections, under-deck storage — the ember entry points that ignite most homes.
  • Zone 0 (0–5 ft): what's directly against the house, and what it's made of.
  • Zone 1 (5–30 ft): vegetation type, spacing, ladder fuels, and continuity toward the structure.
  • Zone 2 (30–100 ft): fuel loading, slope effects, and access for fire apparatus.
  • Water & access: supply options, driveway clearance, and address visibility for responders.

THE DELIVERABLE

What's in the report

Findings, photographed

Every issue documented with location-tagged photos — the same evidence format carriers ask for.

Prioritized scope

Ranked by risk reduction per dollar, with cost ranges. You'll know what matters most and what can wait.

Insurer-ready file

Formatted so you can attach it to a carrier response, a re-inspection request, or a local compliance file as-is.

Note: your local fire agency may offer a free basic hazard walk-through — worth doing. Our paid assessment exists for what comes next: a contractor-grade scope, costs, and documentation you can act on and file.

Most visits take under two hours. Reports are normally delivered within three business days.
