FOR HOAs & COMMUNITIES
Wildfire mitigation for Utah HOAs & communities
Community-scale risk doesn't get fixed one lot at a time. We give boards a walkable assessment, a phased scope with numbers, and a record the association can file.
WHAT WE DO FOR COMMUNITIES
From assessment to chipper day
- Community risk assessments: common areas, evacuation routes, greenbelts, and the parcel-by-parcel picture — delivered as a board-ready document.
- Fuel breaks & common-area clearing: machine and saw work on the ground the association owns.
- Community chipping days: residents cut and stack; we chip and haul. The highest-participation mitigation event there is.
- Firewise support: help organizing toward Firewise USA recognition — a signal insurers and grant programs both recognize.
- Grant navigation: Utah funds community mitigation projects through programs administered with FFSL's area WUI specialists. We help associations shape fundable scopes and then do the funded work.
